Re Nextwave and Nextel's attempted raid on its frequencies:

Hey the bankruptcy court system seems to work even if the FCC didn't seem to. The violation of the FCC rules which seems evident on its face did not seem to matter to the FCC. But wait a minute, we only have heard Nextel's side of the story, not the FCC's. In fairness maybe we don't know the whole story. Maybe the FCC acted wisely and objectively, but seems the judge wanted to keep control of the process himself - imagine that ! Anyway, keep tuned folks. Chaz (Except for Jon who can pass).
