It is my understanding that the re-pricing has not met the letter of the law and the timing of the release leads me to believe that management does feel somewhat threatened. Admittedly the NR is not inconsequential but it is hard to be part of the cheering team that once existed after all the inconsequential info and statements made by management given us over the past year or so. I hold all my shares with the hope and belief that Pyng will go to market. When??? In the mean time we have a good representation of shareholders who don't enjoy getting jerked around. JMO.
