Greg, apparently the combining of endpoints lowers the power of the trial, don't understand how or why, see earlier post. If true XOMA might have feared release of the numbers would lead to wrong calculations and a view either that approval was a slam dunk or that the drug had totally failed. So to avoid spooking the market the data was not released. But this may not be true and indeed there may be good reasons why one does not release data when dealing with the FDA.
