I find it absolutely crasy what is happening to this project(loss of mud etc)...While I am not familar with drilling, I do remember reading a paper storey on the Hybernia project(Off NFLD in the atlantic) There was a 10 mile, yes 10 mile directional drill being made tying in 4 formations with several zones in each formation!!!!This was being done 300' above the ground on the ocean surface!!!!Well that hole must rank up there with difficulty...(LOL)Another tid bit...After the hole was completed...with a 70% choke it produced 130,000BPD...The oil was over 140 degrees c when it hit the rig and at this point...it was after going through a cooling system...The hole was not 10 mile deep...but was runing along the ocean floor 6-8,000 feet deep!!!Just a fish storey maybe!!!Matey
