I've been saying since January that Zicam was highly effective in preventing colds, because neither my wife nor I got a cold since we put the bottle in the medicine cabinet. Last Saturday night, though, her luck ran out, and she was feeling lousy and sniffling by Sunday morning. After I made her swear that she would stop taking the Cold-Eeze and that she definitely had a cold and not something else (Zicam apparently can't be found yet in my area so I didn't want to waste it <g>), she started using the stuff every 3 hours, and I asked her more often than that whether she was feeling any better. I was disappointed that she still felt sick yesterday, and was even getting some skeptical if not sarcastic comments <g>, but her symptoms were basically gone by midday today -- 3 days, start to finish.

Another convert.
