Jim: What are your thoughts on why the QQQ continues to trade in the primary direction till it closes 15 minutes after the close? I closed my short today @ 116 1/8 right at the close but the QQQ ended trading at 115 1/2. Do you think an individual would be able to trade after the close to take advantage of this situation or is this only for institutions etc?
