TouchMaster has games such as Dominoes, Mah Jongg, and Word Search. I think that Trivia would fit right in.

Midway promised TouchMaster 4000 would boast more ways than ever to attract new and repeat players, and we delivered. With 29 unique games, including 6 new games, it is a touch screen which truly holds universal appeal for both men and women.

Hi RS,
I think that Midway makes those bar top triva/casino games. They are fairly popular, but I always thought that their questions suffered from a lack of research. Teaming with NTN should improve the quality. It's not something that I usually see in an arcade, more of a thing to do in between chugs of beer.

The coin operated game industry is some $6B/year. I don't know what fraction of that is these bar top trivia games, but it has to be very small. Perusing MWY 10Q, I see that last Q they had 40M in revenue from coin operated games. In that time, they were selling 7 different games, one of which was Touchmaster. I have to think that the revenue isn't evenly divided: driving/waring games are sit-down and run about $1/play, while the Trivia games are 25-50c. I'd guess tops $5M in revenue from touchmaster. NTN will get a royalty from this revenue, so it could amount to a few hundred thousand per quarter. I assume this will be a high profit margin business, although it will only be about 3-5% of revenue.

Not a bad deal; but not something that will push the stock price to $10 (or $5, or $3) by itself.

my $0.10,

Rich
