...that depending on the way our accountants value certain assets combined companies are worth 40-50 million I believe he said that MVEE has a book value of at least $9 million. There will be up to 50 million shares after the merger. My interpretation of that is there will be somewhat less that 50 million. TC wants to understate what will happen ... which, IMO is the way to run a company. Proxy will come out as soon as the audits are completed. Entire process should take less than 60 days. I just relistened to the CC. What TC said is that the company has projects going now with financing between $40-50 million. These are NOT company assets but value of projects. You could easily value the company at least 2x sales + value of EINI. Call that 3x sales so the company should be worth about 2-4 times EINI with present information. NOW, to value the company that high, we will need to have financials which will be provided to us when we see the proxy for the merger. Financials must be finished for consideration of the proxy. I intend to vote for that merger. In the past, I really tended against the merger. later and long on MVEE/EINI, leroyt BTW, the company name assuming the merger is approved will be Miracle Entertainment, symbol: MVEE.
