jeff, agreed: it looked very suspicious of holding price under $26; you can small it a mile away, TA Early Antitrust Clearances Ian -- Thanks for post. Has anyone confirmed any arbitrage trading activity ongoing while we wait for this deal to close. Some of the activity today had a suspicious nature to it. Jeff

jeff greene, Re: you can clearly see the pattern of arbitrage selling: as soon as NN is above 26 it gets hit to keep it below 26. I am holding on to my stash.
