I think if one was to be done it would only be to move up the NASDAQ once the price is much higher. Erik didn't comment on any reason for a R/S. Although I did tell him with all the changes in the SEC regs about OCT/BB and the coming of the pink sheets going electronic, the OTC/BB will be viewed as a better place, once the electronicly traded pinks go online. The only other reason I can think of for a R/S would be to get the price up to do a Private placement to raise funds to do whatever they needed. THe higher the price the less shares issued. But I think if the company does as they seem to feel, the price would be up there where that could be done with out having to issue a lot of shares. But Erik didn't comment on what was discussed on the R/S issue. I think they just want to leave all options open. It just wouldn't look good, if he told us no there won't be one, then they ended up for some reason doing one... Just my opinion... ROb D.
