Ian, You know I am not going to sell ... sort of trying to prove a point ... people praise their money managers for 'getting them out' before a drop or 'selling it at a short term top' and buying it back at lower prices ... Let the mutual fund guys do it ... "[they] hop from bed to bed with the consistency of a cheap HAM radio ..." (obscure reference ... feel free to PM your guess) ... and they don't pay taxes ... they make distributions ... and give you the pleasure of writing the check to the Treasury ... I hate paying taxes ... and I hate paying taxes for the sake of some squishy short-term 'good feeling' ... especially one that stands in direct opposition to the industry environment that I see (or forsee) ... I have actually turned on CNBC to see Mr. Morgan's 30 second take (what a goofy waste of time, drivel-ladened, crap disseminator this station is ...) ... he should do a better job than he did yesterday ... which was awful according to my grading system ... 2.67 on a 4.0 scale ...
