They have a film clip of penguins jumping in the water. there are four penguins so they need 4 upgrades before they show the clip.

CNBC has a clip of penguins jumping into the water, to illustrate all of the stock upgrades and potential buyers rushing to buy into a stock issue. It is quite funny when you never have watched it before.
