Divergence in this case I am thinking in terms of the Dow reaching or getting very close to a new high on a closing basis while the NAZ and or the S&P don't. This seemed to have occurred yesterday. If sometime in the near future the S&P and NAZ join the Dow at all time record highs then there would no longer be a divergence. The time frame for making these decisions is at market closes.
