Well, the only "fundamental" change that I could agree with is #3 if it is true that most companies are over y2K related problems. Where I work, there is a "freeze" on all new software during the months of October, November and December. I work at a very large corporation.

I wouldn't consider the other two as fundamental changes. Perceptions can change again.

BTW, I'm an Oracle DBA, so I know a little more than the average Joe-sixpack about Oracle.
