William: There still are a few ANALysts who don't have class or the balls to admit it when they are wrong and make rating adjustments. I would put Merrill Lynch in that camp. You can add ABN AMRO and Paine (in the assets) Webber to that category....

Firms like BBRS, Dillon Read, and Salamon Smith Barney had the courage to make BIG changes in their ratings and come out with a BUY on DELL with appropriate supporting comments. All of these firms have been very skeptical of DELL's potential for quite some time.

I notice we have VERY strong volume today....My hunch is that some fo the Fund Managers are out shopping for shares as I type <G>..!!
