I asked John to confirm these yesterday, he said he was working on a spreadsheet and would let me know in a couple of days. His best guess was that there are actually 8-9Mill outstanding but he is looking into. He is going to contact transfer agent to find out where the difference is. He also said the remaining 751 Million shares are there for purposes of acquisition and he does not plan to issue them. (Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long)
