Check this up/down grades: There're whole bunch up grades in Jun, but DLJ never up graded ORCL since Mar's down grade. Hummmm...... Looks like somebody missed big time since Mar. biz.yahoo.com InSook Prasad

IMO whats happening today makes no sense. DLJ did not downgrade co./stock but made a cautionary statement. What does that mean. Of course LE is messing around with the orgnization. He said he was going to do it to increase EPS. Unless he really screwed up the quarter should be on track as they stated earlier. Besides, there is still about a 1.5 weeks left in the quarter. If the numbers were that bad we would probably heard something from the co. This is all smoke and mirrors. All, IMO.
