Not sweating the lawsuit. But USAB share price appears to be disturbingly sensitive to this type of negative PR.

I'm with you 100%. This will be thrown out. How can you confuse usbank with usabanc? One would always think to spell bank with a "k" first. They will have no loss of business due to confusion.
