He also said the remaining 751 Million shares are there for purposes of acquisition and he does not plan to issue them. Indeed this part is also quite interesting. He has 751 million shares he is holding in reserve to do something he has no intention of doing? Or is it that he plans on diluting the common even further before he does something else he has repeatedly said he has no intention of doing - reverse split. You should be thankful ColleenB doesn't repeat all that he says. It seems that every time he speaks he ends up tasting his salty toes.
