From Yahoo I get the following:

Line of credit guarantee: $5.5 million on July 14

biz.yahoo.com

"Audited financials" for 1997 and 1998 shows a debt of $3.6 million. 1988 shares were 8.8 million.

biz.yahoo.com

Report posted by wallstreetresearch.net states outstanding shares was 13.1 million.

From Tony Cataldo, estimated shares should be around 22 million which I think is attributing about 10 million shares to the LOC. I am hoping the LOC was completely used up and put into EINI coffers or else the company is rather WORTHLESS.

Also note from the report on EINI there is an estimated EPS for 1999 of 0.05. I wonder if that could possibly be true? That's before the infusion of cash.

I wonder in the negotiatations between EINI and MVEE how the exchange was determined. They may have come up with a solution that MIGHT be palatable to both MVEE and EINI shareholders since it quite appears that MVEE is worth much more right now but EINI has a higher share price.
