I think you better take a look at teh futures because we are gapping down tomorrow unless there is an act of God or the Fed injects a lot of cash over night.

SP9U is tanking like a rock as I type this and it won't show on GLOBEX due to the 1/2 gap before opening. There fore it will look OK until the open then the sell programs will kick in full force on the open. Futures dropped 3 points just in the first 15 minutes after the close and are still dropping.

I don't understand your logic. Does that meant before PPI and CPI data the market expect a much bigger hike? The way the market rally is like the interest rate stuff is out of their mind.

I believe you are correct. Further, I think the following need to happen:
1. The increase be no greater than 25%.
2. The Fed express a "neutral bias" toward near future rate increases.
3. Preferably, the market needs to get beaten down a couple days before next Tuesday.

If the above 3 conditions occur next Tuesday, prepare for take-off.
