August 18, 1999: 1.12 billion outstanding. ragingbull.com This means that the shares outstanding have now officially more than doubled in the last 14 months. So what do you figure they have gotten for all of these additional shares outstanding? (Besides more shareholders that is.) Just when does their rumoured share buy back program kick in?
