Jim, I don't trade the Q but my Waterhouse broker lets me trade index options right up to 4:15. I have been filled with only seconds left in the session. Might want to call the central office and make sure your broker isn't being a pain. I will try to remember to ask my broker about the spyders tomorrow when I call an order in.

Jim: I was curious as to your thoughts on the close today. The QQQ was going down until just before the bell and then it started back up and continued after the bell. The NDX appeared to close flat this caused a divergence as the QQQ closed down 1.19 and the NDX was down 1.67. If this hadn't happened they probably would have closed close to the same percentage.
