I am confused: Re:" out of the box experience " v. " Technical implementation ". If I buy software or a PC, how long am I supposed to wait so that I can go through with it without the system constantly crashing or giving me error messages? Maybe I am getting all this wrong: am I to expect a continuing stream of errors in implementing my purchase? If so, I can guarantee you that I will flock to the vendor who has the highest degree of " out of the box " flawless performance. See perhaps we had it all wrong in Med School: no need to test ourselves for 12 years. Cut the cycle down to 2 or 3. Try it on a patient. If you get an injury or get hurt just say sorry and try again. And again. Oh you say that is not a fair comparison? Yes, I forgot about the lawyers.
