Ok, I am falling sleep here , let's make this stock back
wher it was EXCITING , and active . I don't know how , but
it use to go up and down everyday, and the boards use to be full
of postings about NITE, now everyone talk about how many shares...
so they got our $$, so what....let's hv fun with it.

Anyone heard any new rumor latley ?

The numbers trouble me because the OTC BB volume has slowed 28% from Q2 and because NITE has 40% of this market segment (per Merrill).

I agree volume is seasonal, but a 28% slowdown in a segment in which NITE has 40% market share sure suggests, to me, that Q3 revenue/earnings will slow from Q2 revenue/earnings.

Q2 earnings were .43/share. The BBRC analyst reduced his Q3 estimate from .40/share to .36/share. That was a 10% reduction, which means some portion of that OTC BB decline is factored in.

I'm still a long term holder and still quite bullish over that longer term.
