I don't have a position in this stock as of yet; however, I would like to offer a few of my thoughts. Thin-client technology is going to be extremely important in the future. As more and more WAN's are created especially with smaller companies, there will be a greater need to utilize windows based terminals that operate as thin clients so as to maximize bandwidth across telecommunication lines. So the question is, what are the advantages of using a windows-based terminal?

1. Ease of initial setup. You can literally take it out of the box, attach a monitor, assign it an IP address and you are ready to go. 2 minutes is all it takes.
2. Maintenance. You don't have to replace hard drives, cooling fans, disk drives, network cards, etc. so this is really an area that can save a company money.
3. Viruses. Since you don't have a disk drive, no one can load a virus onto your network.
4. Unauthorized programs or games. Same reason as #3.
5. End user problems. End users cannot delete their printer or change their registry or any other thing they can do on a PC so you don't have to waste your time fixing their mistakes.
6. Functionality. In spite of it not being a PC, a windows-based terminal can do anything a PC can. You can move a mouse, run Word, Excel or any other Windows program. All at a fraction of the total cost, hard and soft, of a PC.

BND is currently shipping me a Viewpoint TC-325 to evaluate. If it works as well as I think it will, I am going to begin buying them. They are much cheaper than Wyse terminals and from what I understand, faster. I am not a huge institutional buyer, just a small non-profit, but if this technology takes off like I think it will, BND is going to be the leader in the industry. It is when small companies begin utilizing a given technology that you really see revenues rise. JMO.
