No one cares about the PR. I do consider this another BIG step for the value of MVEE and giving the company credibility. But, I understand that the primary concern about MVEE right now is the merger. I do tend to agree that the merger appears to be a joining of non-equals. MVEE has so much going for them and EINI is just another developing internet company although 30,000 members is NOT an insignificant number. EINI current financial condition may be the critical part since they had significant debt at the end of 1998. I think the best EINI can hope for is assests of $2 million. If they're actually ON TRACK as the last June report stated to make $0.05/share in 1999 that would be seen as VERY positive....but is it enough? All this may be a moot point since the company may be majority owned by insiders or large shareholders who have already made up their minds. In my mind, I am willing to go along with TC on the merger because of all the positive changes that have occurred since TC took over. I want to see the financials for EINI which we should see in the proxy. Honestly, a better deal for MVEE would be: reverse split, become U.S. company, file with SEC, get stock price up and purchase EINI for a swan song AFTER MVEE price goes up. Nevertheless, I have not plotted out this strategy and I don't know all the details. Under Peter Benz we got the Private Placement with Alexander, Wescott that still creates problems with ALL the shares that were issued for $1 million of cash! PP's generally suck and groups like AW take advantage of desperate companies and make a KILLING. ALWC is Alexander, Wescott and they are STILL a market maker in this stock even though they are OUT of this business. I had an account with ALWC (in fact, it's the reason I know about MVEE ... I'm embarrassed to say) but they closed out my account and sent me the shares of MVEE so I feel quite certain they're only an MM for dumping more shares they probably got for 0.03 or 0.025 a year ago! Finally, I sure hope the proxy details the insider ownership of both EINI and MVEE. Seems like MVEE is bailing out EINI owners and I want to know who we're bailing out. (ALTHOUGH, given the wealth of Mr. Hadid it's a little hard to imagine we're BAILING him out.) Big question is: how important is it to have Mr. Hadid on MVEE's team. That's BIG financial backing (from what I'm told) and could help move MVEE/EINI stock big time. later, leroyt
