That's a really nice, clear example of smart trading, GB -- even when the concept is obvious, it's good to see in black-and-white.

Personally, with a "regular roller" I might opt to sell ALL my shares near the (expected) top each time (instead of only half), and thus clear even more profit -- but that's just me. Your example is really "smarter" from a long-term point-of-view...

Great (understandable) Guidelines...I picked up another 10k to double my little "stash" ///but, most of all I was in contact with H.U.D. national officers today/// Be advised that National Rehabilitations may have been tapped as the "poster boys" for the expanded (Federal Subsidized) program to rehabilitate and convert Governent Housing Projects to private ownership opportunities for the "deserving" poor!!! This is going to be the biggest Move towards getting people off welfare and into ownership in the coming year/// It will be Profitable for everybody that "Makes IT Work"///Hang on to that piece of news...THESE GUYS knew NRPI of south Florida. ...I (as a flooring contractor) participate in up-dating existing units under the existing program with Farmers Home and H.U.D...thats my association
