Don't know if you have Auto Dial working but, You didn't say what operating system, under Win NT under Programs - Accessories - Dial Up Networking. In the Phone Book pick an entry then go to User Prefs for it and toggle the little box for a location on the Dialing Tab.

it would serve you better to post publicly that "i downloaded the link but i still can't get an auto dial", rather than to pm me. that way people here are apprised of your on-going need for help with this.
