You need to take a better look at the prospectus:

Shares offered by Juniper Networks...................... 2,000,000 shares
Shares offered by the selling stockholders.............. 2,800,000 shares
Shares to be outstanding after the offering(1).......... 48,863,105 shares

You would think that any student of market history and the history of bubbles would not be defending Juniper and its ilk in this market. But I seriously doubt that those who are buying JNPR at these levels have any knowledge of market history.........
