Ari,

It is 40 now. Delphie and Oldargus from SH will sign the letter. I will forward it to them when it is available. And I am sure that we will have much more than 5% of the total outstanding shares (over 10% of the non-restricted shares) represented by the protest. I think you will be amazed by the email response from SI lurkers when they realize they have a chance to finally have a voice.
