Donkeyman: I'm and have been long on Cy for several years. IMO
If I was a short term player I would see present situation as this: An upcoming already announced company desire for a TSE listing means sure upswing. An upcoming already announced company desire for a Nasdaq listing means again an upswing. And then the question why a nasdaq - probably because in the works are negotiations for a major finance and network US distribution deal. (I mean if I was American and financing a Cdn junior I would demand a secure American listing.)
As a long term holder of CY I forsee possible Cdn take-over potential due to the fact that many US companies are presently linguring on starting similar models as that of Cybersurf in the states and US companies as we know like to come in to Canada to exercise their US marketing business plans - and seeing that Cybersurf is the only Cdn company - well you get my driff!!!!!!!!
And as US competition itself develops on the free internet business- the winners will be the network in which national advertisers will choose to pay for their ads to be on - so seeing on how several national Cdn and US companies are already advertising on CY's excellent proprietary software ($$$$) leads me to believe CY has a good chance in also competing in the US market..... or qualify itself for a buy-out from a US major entering the US competition wanting similar powerful proprietary software . Now doesn't that smell digitally sweet? IMO !
