Does anyone remember who the other person besides Mr. Jacobs is that holds escrow shares in Pyng? In the 1997 report I seem to remember that there was a Susan Winkler? that also held several hundred thousand of the escrowed shares. It would be nice if she would stand up and be heard on this issue.

Regarding the PRs,

Each Exchange has a list of approved News dissemination services...

For example : Canadian Corporate News / Business Wire / Canada Newswire...

I am sure that the PR can be found on one of those...

The company has to pay to use the services of CSW

As to the US outlets, not quite sure if the OTC requires such a dissemination.. The company has the choice I guess....

Never work with OTC companies therefore, I don't want to presume anything
