I suspect that new debentures have a fixed conversion price (say $8).

I wouldn't bet on it. Worth reading the Edgars before getting involved, IMO. Why these companies do what they do is beyond me.

And if this was short bait once. . .it will quickly attract them back.

I live about 15 miles south of WPB, ABTE has a REAL bad rep down here. That is too funny about Peltz, one of my ex girlfriends son played on the same soccer team as Peltz's son. He flew the whole team and Their parents to state finals in Orlando on His private jet. From what Karen used to tell me sounded like a nice guy.
