I want the best offer on the table for financing. I do not care what group or individual as long as the company benefits and the stock price moves. I would like to see the company get sufficient capital to keep all the lease intact, as they said they were going to do, and step up the pace of exploration in all areas lithium, boron and precious metals. Lithium to me looks to be the best route to get the company moving. I'd like to see someone have a budget that would allow them ACCELERATE the drilling and exploration, while pursuing other options as well. The so called business plan said capital requirements were in the range of (not in front of me) $350,000 to $1,375,000 what is the right amount for today??? I have no idea. However, $350,000 seems to me that they would need to do a financing again in 45-60 days and $1,350,000 would be a total washout of the stock. What do you think is the right amount? Maybe the company got some bridge financing and maybe there was no private placement. I'm in favor of the best offer at the best price. Mark, when you put in the garbage about me getting shares and this other Father Gregory stuff tells me that you are trying to taint the issue rather than discussing it. Did someone tell you to respond to my post? A garbage question on my part. (I don't think anyone did.) To answer your questions anyway, 1. I want the best financing offer at the highest and best price. 2.Price is ALWAYS an issue when it comes to diluting the stock and I do not care who is involved. 3.A purposely insulting question. No. Never. Not interested and not asked. I prefer free trading stock anyway. The stock is 18 cents, the market is saying "no thanks " to what it has been seeing lately. If investors liked what they saw they would be buying shares. It is that simple. And it is not happening. Apathy seems to be the key word today. The last disclosed financing was along time ago(excluding the one announced August 13th). Do you know how much working capital is in the Naxos till? Did you participate in the August 13th financing or any new private placement? No need to answer. Garbage question on my part. Searching for a reason to buy the stock. Max
