Terri:

I just got off the phone with Glenn and his offer is genuine.

I will preface my remarks by saying that I have not been a good "trader" in my stocks, but most (not all) those that I have "invested" in have turned out very well. I have a moderate position in PNLK and I share some of Tim's concerns only to the extent that I often wonder who the people selling are and why. People have a lot of different reasons for selling stock. Some people like to get a portion of their investment back in a short timeframe (think of them as financiers but similar to traders in that they want a return because they might want to roll a portion of their money - it is their cash flow.) I think that not only do you NOT know who they are, WE DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH they have total, so they may not be abandoning PNLK, just freeing up a portion of their capital. For example, I have invested in a private stock placement and may take a portion back at IPO, but I believe enough in the company I have invested in to keep the vast majority of my stock post-IPO.

Anyway, I am happy to say that Glenn answered my concerns (not about the above) but about the NASDAQ requirements. PNLK appears to be doing everything they can expeditiously to get on the NASDAQ. The final decisive factor will be the share price and the market will have to take care of that eventually. As long as new shares don't find their way out there to a great extent, it is a matter of time. While I do have respect for Tim, I do not think he is asking his questions in a very gracious or colleagial way.

Since I do not make my "trading income" by trading itself, I am less concerned about movement day to day (or even month to month) as long as the business plan is intact and sound. I do not think it is accurate or fair to call the U.N. conference "fluff" - that does nothing for one's credibility. I think the share price could be higher and will eventually get there because I think that the concept is sound and the organization that they are building is composed of the individuals and connections to establish it. At this time, I add a small amount per month to PNLK and I will remain patient for another year. That is my timeframe because, to paraphrase Gleen, I think "critical mass" has been achieved with the utility of the website and the structure of the company. In addition, there is enough competition coming around the bend that this market will soon "declare itself". That will be the test of the PNLK concept and organization - and a test of just how good their international links/alliances have positioned them and will position them for the trillion dollar world economy. Am I going to retire on PNLK stock? I am not planning on it - I am going to retire on GUMM stock. PNLK may speed things up a bit if I am lucky - LOL.
