since pnlk is a NON reporting company it is very hard to dig up a lot the info i need.

who are these people and why did they dump so many shares this year if this company's future is so bright.

My question is my concern of dilution.....
How many more shares will be needed to be issued at .20 till PNLK has revenue to cover their costs of doing bus....?
Why, and I think I speak for many here, why cant investors who paid 1-4 dollars a share for your stock have the FIRST right to buy these newly issues shares?
