But seriously, It is a concern if you believe that it is a sign that the insiders feel that the stock is as high as it will go. Most are selling in the $150-160 range. Now $170.

On the other hand, it could be that they are enjoying the fruits of their "labor" and are balancing their portfolio. (Among other reasons, which I don't have the brain power to guess upon right now)

Hope this helps.

Anyone else have any helpful thoughts? Good question that I believe some have brought up before.
