Dear PDL: Thank you for your reply, you are a fundamentalist like myself. The reasons you are giving are all fundamentals. In the short term T/A often can give better readings. Its just a thing with me, I try and get at least some stock at its recent low and I hate it when it drops after I buy, although, I agree with you that 6+ months out this will look like a bargain, and yes, I consider myself a relatively long term investor (3-5 year horizon). My greatest success was when I held a stock for 15 years which rose from a split adjusted price of about $1 to $300+. No, that is NOT a typo. Yes, I am retired. haha. JDN
