I will return again briefly to resond to this obtuse observation....deals done without concern for shareholder value???? You gotta be kidding me. NOTHING this company has done has been pursued with any other issue higher on this list of things to be accomplish, imho. I am really disappointed that everyone is freaking out that a startup with no real capital to back it up yet is having to finance its dreams and progress with stock. This is nothing new. It is nothing wrong. It is standard MO for such a company and perfectly ligitimate and reasonable. Am I particularly pleased that we suddenly find 60M in the O/S where most recently we thought there was only 15M??? Not really but after swallowing that large figure...who cares??? When the revs start rolling there is going to be plenty of money to bolster the share price even with this number of shares. It is nothing compared to the potential already on the books in done deals (Rogel and E-Safe particularly) to do this. This company is going NOWHERE without these deals. Tom did what he had to in order to move us forward and CREATE shareholder value out of a mere idea and dream. Your comment is without vision.
