Management needs to explain to shareholders what the net effect is on residential earnings and what the overall impact will be on EPS. Isn't WCOM a data intensive company?

WCOM is not a long distance company any more, though this is the most common misconception. LD comprises 5% of business if memory serves me right. Yes, WCOM is data driven. Someone correct me if my numbers are wrong.

Dear Mike: I may be naive but the only comments I have read regarding last weeks outage are here on this thread. The press releases by all concerned didnt seem to be nearly as negative as comments I have read on this thread. JDN
