chas, 128 mb pricing caps 64 mb pricing. i expect costs on 128 mb to fall faster than 64 mb. this will pressure 64 mb pricing at a point where mu is about breakeven (but bleeding cash from the balance sheet @ $200 mil per q).

Chas, I think it is clear that the transition to 128M parts is imminent and that it will result in a 5 to 10% DRAM capacity increase over the next year.
