WATCH THE BROADCAST: I just received a call from a very tired Tom who just touched down a few hours ago from Chicago. He spent much of the day (post interview) proselytizing very successfully our ECNC to over a dozen powerful brokers. He's quite proud of the Interview, and on behalf of Tom, I urge you all to see it either live tonight or tomorrow or Sunday on T V or at the EmergingCompany.com site. Tom has received from me all our questions. I will give you a brief precis of his responses. Then I am going to hop in bed and keep myself awake by digesting the 10 Q again, just long enough to view the show. Succinctly: here are some of Tom's initial response. 1. If there be any innuendo re: Tom feeding himself shares, please be aware that ECNC does not have a 10 millions dollar kitty - not even a 1 million dollar kitty. When services are provided, there is only one way for Tom to pay in order to keep the company alive, healthy and progressive: PAY IN STOCKS. 2. Tom reminds us that at several times to consummate negotiations, he has had to pay from his own personal shares - a la Rogel. He dug into his own "pocket" and gave 250,000 shares. 3. If anyone views Tom as this fat cat, getting rich on our company, he'd like you all to know that he lives in a rental apartment and drives two older cars (one actually he has kept running for 32 years). His bankbook is modest - more modest than one might think of a C E O! 4. Tom urges us all to please carefully read and "digest" what the 10 Q actually says. Jumping between lines and reading in-between the lines is personal interpretation, not an explication of FACT. Sometimes it's a matter of perspectinve; we have a straight line but human nature makes us tie it into a knot - complicating that which is straightforward. 5. Please do not project the problems of Starnet onto eConnect. We are an Internet AND Non-Internet firm. We deal with the P E R F E C T wager and the P E R F E C T purchase of merchandise. we will span from the lottery to Bingo from Sportsbet to EZYSHOP. All are eggs are not in one basket, and Starnet allegedly had some of its eggs in pornography. This is not the ECNC style. Tom, truly urges all of us to RELAX - to digest facts - to take a look at him as he really is ( a la the INTERVIEW). Well, it's time for this RANGER of Wall Street to go to bed and wait for the big show!!! This has been my longest day ever, so forgive my 10:20 departure! I want to make it clear that I was simply trying to digest the overwhelming amount of information that has come out of this company in the past couple of days. For that reason I posted in chunks, trying to make it easier for everyone. My objective was to try and find a source of free-trading shares that could be responsible for the recent sell off and descending share price. While shorts may be partially responsible, my instincts tell me at least some of the Rogel people have decided to sell at least some of their free trading paper since that when the volumes picked up and share price began to fall. I don't blame them if they did! They still have a few million more restricted shares and this was an opportunity for them to cash in a few chips that were no doubt hard-earned before joining ECNC. Hopefully they are just about done (if it's them) and the share price will begin to recover soon.
