I'm not sure Inmate #567899876 at Austin State Prison, convicted of crack cocaine possession, considers GWB's "hey, I'm only human" explanation very rib-tickling. He who would seek forgiveness, must be prepared to give it. Will GWB forgive (pardon) these recreational users, so that they might get help?
