Craig, Well, the first 3 chapters of Microsoft were great, but the last 9 have been boring, so I'm ready to see 13. <g>

Hello? I thought you guys might like to note that JJ Cramer doesn't write every article that appears on TSCM. The article about ANCR was written by Herg Greenberg who has a remarkable record for exposing weak corporate positions. A week ago on 8/13 4 of his previous targets all gave up the ghost together. They were SBTK, STEI, IRID, and FGCI. IRID fell the least percentage, but the company was forced into bankruptcy and trading halted. He hardly has the track record of being wrong about nearly everything. It is a salient point that the secondary was priced the day before the article was written. Definitely an oversight on Herb's part, but that cash didn't appear on the latest SEC filings. One might also note that ANCR best talent for raising cash comes from the sale of stock. Diluting the common holder is nothing new in Minnetonka. one thing that Herb's exposes have in common are rabid shareholders who scoff when he raises an issue. I would suggest that you email Herb (herb@thestreet.com) about the new cash ANCR has put on its books. He'll probably note the oversight, perhaps it might even change his opinion. I maintain my opinion that ANCR is a trading sardine.
