Yes, several reasons.

1) I am not being paid to play the stock market, I am being paid to run engineering projects.

2) The workerbees can't play the stock market. They don't have the money and it would create resentment.

3) It is against policy (which I helped write) and it is easy to catch offenders by looking at the internet server logs.

I do watch prices through the day, but my buy/sell timing is based on doing things at home during the evening.
