"all MSFT is doing is offering better deal"

Constant busy signals, jammed servers crawling at a snail's pace and limited hrs of use=better deal? I'll stick to the worse deal then thanks ;)

DOJ won't care, because consumers benefit from cheaper service, all MSFT is doing
is offering better deal in exchange for eyeballs commitment for marketing purposes,
same thing AOL is doing right now every time you log on to AOL, they try to sell you
something.

Isn't that called predatory pricing, which I think is when you price a product low enough to knock the competition out of business only to raise the price later.....I would love it if a lawyer could clarify/correct me on this.
