"What did you guys do today?" Nothing nearly so exciting as what you did... Spent an hour at Kinkos making copies for a client. Proof read and edited an Executive Summary of a Business Plan for another client. Defragmented the harddisk on my laptop. Finished Amendments to Articles of Incorporation for 3 corporations (one in Texas and two in Arizona -- both states have strange rules for amendments!) Finished the paper work to create 3 corporations for clients. Called NY to speak with one of my securities attorneys (he was not in). Called FL to talk with my other securities attorney (he was home). Spoke to clients in Phoenix 4 times. Transplanted 8 scented geraniums, each started from cuttings from a friend (she is an expert on them gives me cuttings every time she locates a new one). Installed outdoor lighting fixture in the arboretum. Searched through over 100 floppy disks for a file -- Texas By-Laws I wrote 6 years ago for a client. Found it after searching for an hour. But it is on a 5.25 floppy.... Opened the Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred 3.0 box (which I bought 2 months ago). Cleaned all the bird cages. Looked at the outside cage (for the 1,000th time) and figured out (for the 999th time) what I need to do to make it escape proof (for the birds) and attack proof (Shadow the Wonder Dog is 16 months old and 80 lbs of goofyness). Moved all the potted plants in the front yard in preparation to mow the lawn (which has been put off for a day or two now due to new work I need to do for my clients). I went to Trader Joe's and bought some smoked salmon, black forest ham, whipping cream and fresh strawberries (I've started the Atkins diet). Read about Prince Lazarus and Princess Maureen (don't ask). Spent 45 mintues in HevyTrader's club on Yahoo (my fun for the day, grin). Read the SNMM thread on RB (OUCH!) Caught up on the PABN thread on RB. Caught up on my favorite threads on SI. Oh, and I lost 3 lbs (I think I lost 3 lbs...my bathroom scale has seen better days). All of that and not even a paper cut! PCM GO PABN!!!
