Legal, I think Barton's got a little catching up to do. If assets are 30M, how much debt. Stated in recent CC: 250 million shares (or I'd guess a little less), with book value over $9 million. My guess is shares will be closer to 240 million and book value will be around 10 million. I think TC likes to make sure if underestimate shareholder value. That's the best way to do it .... as he commented in the CC. Barton: I'd throw most of those old financial statements out since I think there were a number of thinks that weren't included.
