POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Sep 14, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Lou Wiener, COO
of Liteglow Industries Inc. (Bulletin Board:LTGL), announced sales and

and for the 8-months ended Aug. 31, 1999, sales increased 83%.

During the month of August 1999 Liteglow reported the following results

(see note)(a)

(a) note: August profit includes 1-time extraordinary charges of

For the eight months ended Aug. 31, 1999, the cumulative sales
and earnings and improvements are as follows, in comparison with the
eight months ended July 31, 1998.

1999 Sales y.t.d. 1998 Sales y.t.d. 1999 Net y.t.d. 1998 Loss y.t.d.

$3,452,295 +83% $1,892,185 $399,367 $(471,537)

Wiener stated: "Based upon the 3,931,087 shares outstanding,
Liteglow's 8-month net income represents 10.1 cents per share, which is
in line with our projection of 15-20 cents per share earnings for the
year! Fully diluted, assuming the conversion of 5 million preferred
shares into common owned by the chairman, Spencer Krumholz, earnings
would be .045 cents per share.

Some food for thought:

Wiener stated: "Based upon the 3,931,087 shares outstanding,
Liteglow's 8-month net income represents 10.1 cents per share, which is
in line with our projection of 15-20 cents per share earnings for the

.

Anyone see a problem here?

The following is IMO a very big problem

The capital share structure of LTGL was comprised of common shares and preferred 'A' shares. When they did the reverse split they seem to have 'forgotten' to reverse the number of preferred shares outstanding? (I am correct in assuming this Jens?)

Now we have preferred shares convertible to common shares... What is the ratio of exchange? Lets say 4,000,000 * 0.15 = 600,000$
600,000 / 0.00045 = 1,333,333,333 ??????????????????
A ratio of approx 335?

Someone please tell me that this is wrong!
Do they mean 0.045 dollars or literally 0.045 cents!?!?!?
